Stratus has prepared multiple Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCP) for the County of El Dorado in accordance with 40 CFR Part 112 – Oil Pollution Prevention.  The Plans were prepared for the County’s transportation maintenance and operations division headquarters, materials storage areas, and maintenance and repair facilities for the County’s transportation maintenance division. Stratus also provided SPCCP training for County personnel.
