Stratus has vast experience with landfill closure and post-closure services including landfill gas collection and flare design; design and construction of passive landfill gas migration control systems; gas extraction well and gas perimeter probe installation and monitoring; surface emission monitoring; groundwater monitoring well network installation, monitoring and reporting including site detection monitoring and reporting; construction quality assurance (CQA) for landfill liner/cap implementation; corrective action cost estimates; and construction management.   Our landfill closure services also include the preparation of Post-Closure Maintenance and Monitoring Plans, Closure Certification Reports, Non-water Release Correction Action Plan and Engineering Cost Estimates, and other technical documents. We conduct landfill closure activities in accordance with CCR Title 27 Section 20430, and our landfill gas monitoring and reporting services are conducted in accordance with AB-32/Title 17 CCR.
